Proud to be a global ambassador for Wales.
I am honoured to be a Global Ambassador for Wales as part of Lleisiau Cymru - The Voices of Wales. For me, this role is a natural extension of my life’s work and my brand’s ethos: telling the stories of Wales through the lens of mythology, heritage, and craftsmanship. My collections draw deeply on the spirit of Cymru - its folklore, its landscapes, its artistry - reimagined for contemporary audiences while honouring generations of tradition. To be recognised as a voice for Wales is especially meaningful, as I am not only proud to be Welsh, but proud to come from many generations of my Welsh family who have carried these values before me. This role allows me to celebrate and share that inheritance with the world, ensuring that Wales’ stories continue to inspire, resonate, and endure.
The Jayne Pierson Sustainability Ethos
At the heart of my brand lies a deep commitment to ethical, sustainable, and conscious design; not as a passing trend, but as a guiding principle since day one.
Established in 2008, my fashion house has operated as a direct-to-consumer, bespoke, and made-to-order brand. I have never mass produced or manufactured any collection. Every garment is handcrafted in-house with care, intention, and longevity in mind; designed to be worn, loved, and reimagined across a lifetime. All garments are made in West Wales.
Materials Matter
I work with up-cycled fabrics, end-of-roll stock, and luxury dead-stock materials to reduce waste and give beautiful textiles a second life. I collaborate with the UNITED NATIONS and Solaris Community to develop high-performance, luxury textiles made entirely from ocean plastic waste; creating beauty from environmental harm while supporting circular economies.
The U.K. alone discards 1.5 million tonnes of clothing every year, with Ghana as the top destination for much of this waste - a stark reminder of the global consequences of overconsumption and fast fashion.
Ethics in Every Stitch
Ethics are embedded into every stage of my process. From design to delivery, I prioritise circularity, transparency, and adaptability. Every piece is made with the intention of being reconfigured or altered in-house, should the client’s needs, style, or body change - an enduring alternative to disposable fashion.

Sustainability Manifesto
“ I create fashion with purpose, not waste.
Every garment is made-to-order, crafted to last, and rooted in Wales’ traditions of mythology, heritage, and craftsmanship.
I choose natural and upcycled materials over mass production and synthetics, designing pieces that honour both people and planet.
For me, sustainability isn’t a trend - it’s the heart of my practice ”.
Timeless. Transformative. Sustainable.
“ I believe in slowing down, designing with purpose, and making fewer, better garments. Fashion should not cost the Earth. It should honour it”.
